The grapes were harvested by hand and were pressed immediately after arrival in the winery. The juice is completely oxidised to achieve purer structure and stable wines. The vineyards are vinified separately with different yeast strains and kept on lees after fermentation.
The wine was racked, blended and filtered in one go to move the wine as little as possible and keep its aromatic expression.
2013 is a classic Rheingau vintage, elegant wine with beautiful acidity structure and very nice development potential.
